A nurturing place for storytellers to grow.

At NextGen Writers India, we believe a storyteller is hiding inside every child waiting to be heard. We built a warm, safe space where kids of all ages can stretch their imagination and grow into confident, creative writers.

Through playful competitions, a published digital magazine, expert genre facilitators and real-world events, we help young writers try styles they've never attempted and unlock creativity they didn't know they had.

Meet the founder

Started by a mum and teacher who couldn't find it, so she built it.

My name is Seema Parwani, and I've spent years as a teacher, educating children across three countries: Hong Kong, the United States, and India. In every classroom, in every country, I saw the same thing: children bursting with stories and ideas, with nowhere real to let it all out.

When my own daughter began to write, her creativity took my breath away. I went looking for a platform where she could share her work, enter competitions, and be recognised for her talent. In India, I found nothing. Nothing that felt safe, serious, and truly built for young writers.

So I did what any determined mum and teacher would do. I built it myself.
